Much as I mistrust McConnell, I think there is a chance he may do the right thing here. Mark Levin on his show said that since the text of the agreement is public, congress should go ahead and vote on it because they (in their advise and consent capacity) will never approve it. Makes Obama’s deal legally meaningless. In a way, it may amount to show over substance, but at least congress will have done the right thing.
I hope you are right, but believe McConnell will fold again, like Boehner, the Old White Boy is a yellow bellied coward.
