I was once commenting to an acquaintance about the problem of fair elections in Illinois with the Daley machine in place in Chicago. I was told that the Republican tricks downstate pretty much make it break even.

These stinking cities are corrupt to the core because the dirty politicians and their machine that run them as single Party bosses have no political opposition. The media doesn’t even go after the multi-level corruption. Political opposition is the only disinfectant.
The billions upon billions that they get goes in one door and out as political graft without ever serving taxpaying residents. I wouldn’t live in a city if they gave me an overpriced abode.
When Obama hired someone like Rahm Emanuel I knew then that he’d be another corrupt partisan Democrat beholden to their masters and owners on Wall st. They buy poor people with handouts using other peoples money (and keep them poor) and to get votes, while they give their connected cronies billions also of our money.

Houston has a bull dike mayor who wants perverts to choose which bath room they use. Yesterday 19,700 petitions were delivered to get it on the ballot. They were informed for that type petition they needed 20,000 signatures. They told the mayor they’d be back in a few weeks with 300 more. The mayor said “Nope. That petition drive is over. They’ll have to start a new one.”
And by the way, the guy leading the charge is referred to in the media as an “anti gay activist” when this issue has nothing to do with gayness.
As for the mayor, I’d much rather she use a men’s rest room than have the creep in there with my wife. Then again, I’d gag if the mayor came into the bath room with me. What a choice!
