Only kind of B12 to take. For some real fun dissolve in DMSO and apply topically. For more fun drop some Lugols into DMSO and apply topically

Buy DMSO as pure as you can get. But add 25% distilled water to it. Or other good water but not common tap water

I cared for my husband who was dying of Alzheimers. I have extensive knowledge of therapeutic nutrition. I used all I knew to try to slow or reverse his illness. I don’t know if I succeeded in slowing it, but what I did succeed in was keeping his physical health in pretty good shape. The end result was I could honor his wish to die at home, and he was physically healthy and mobile up until the last month before he died. I would write more, but I need to go to sleep now, but will come back tomorrow.

Do you live near an Aldis? They have 85% dark chocolate that tastes minimally sweet. At a lo-price. Or....buy some unsweetened bakers chocolate. Chip it. Pour a little black strap molasses over it and eat. Optimally you can melt the bakers ch. in a small pyrex put in a pan simmering water. Add a little blackstrap to turn the chocolate to more palatable. Simmer with a few raisins and nuts or sunflower seeds.

Milk chocolate is for children. Too sweet

It is mostly those who do not push that suffer later in life. I’m almost 72 and still walk 10 or more miles a day for work. One time athlete, soldier, commercial fisherman for 30 years and still going.

Add to your list darkly flesh-colored potatoes...blue, purple, red, gold...potatoes are very high in antioxidants. So high, they’re used in a medicine to fight colon cancer.
