We need to revoke the citizenship and deport all those in the same immigration chain as anyone who joins or tries to join ISIS/ISIL.

Sure, so they can go attack Israel. Or suchlike.

Revocation of citizenship would really be a deterrent?

Same goes for those who would use the IRS as a political sledgehammer.

If we admit the need to...and declare .....dare I say it... WAR..on ISIS...we could I suspect eliminate the need to deport them and support the hog industry with whats left of them..??

What’s your alternative? Life in military prison would be good.

What kind of self-funding do the military prisons have?

Certainly seeking out these groups is a de facto (I would say de jure) abrogation of citizenship, and thus they become enemy combatants that need to be dealt with in a summary fashion.

Didn’t understand some of your lingo, but is what they are doing punishable by death under any statutes? That would help

Don’t ever let them back in. Because they are trained to cause death and destruction, that is their primary goal. Its one big training camp there in the Middle East.

Actually things would be simpler in a number of regards if we recognized the Daesh (or IS/ISIL/ISIS if you prefer) as a state. Joining it would revoke U.S. citizenship automatically, and we could declare war on it.

It’s a CIA operation, it provides an adversary in the middle east so US military action can be promoted amongst conservatives.

I’m sure they’ll keep it going as long as conservatives keep flogging it on the innermenet.
