Martin O’Malley is getting bolder and bolder. That’s a problem for Hillary.

Hitlery doesn’t have the stamina for a long campaign. I think she’s going to drop out and take as much campaign money as possible.

In a just world she will be in one of those “Country Club” prisons this time next year.

The point is that they’re going to leave a minefield of domestic and foreign disasters for a Republican to walk into; it will be so intractable and unsolvable that the Republican will surely fail. And then in 2020 they’ll complete the ruin of America.

I agree. I don’t believe many of the Dems want to win in 2016.

It’s going to take a Miracle Worker to clean up after the Community Organizer and there is no one who can clean up this mess. All they can do is slow down the Train Wreck.

O’Malley actually shows signs of grasping the really huge banking and theory of money issues, particularly the question of wanting to reinstate the FDR era Glass/Steagal law. Republicans need to get their heads around that one, and there’s only one right answer; get that one wrong, and a candidate could be right on every other issue and still lose in 2016.

"Even Warren, who desperately wants to be President while saying she doesn't, a la Toranaga-sama in Shōgun, isn't stupid enough to run in 2016, unless she can create the illusion of being drafted to take the point for the sake of the unit.)"

Keep in mind that Warren is no spring chicken herself. She is turning 66 this year so on election day of 2020 she would be 71. I think her time is now if she's going to jump in.

Warren is no spring chicken herself. She is turning 66 this year so on election day of 2020 she would be 71.

If Warren can keep herself healthy, she wouldn't be much older than Reagan, who turned 70 right after his inauguration. HRC evidently has more than enough health issues that if she doesn't make it in 2016, her time is over.

As I have suggested before--and am grateful that not many people from the other side read what I write here--Hillary!'s best move would be get elected with either Warren or (Julian) Castro as her VP, wait two+ or three years, then resign-in-poor-health-for-the-good-of-the-nation, thereby ensuring 20 continuous years of radical progressivism in the White House, all the way to 2028. That, however, would require a quality HRC does not have, the willingness to sacrifice for the good of the revolution.

Here’s a theory.

Agreed; see my msg #14 in this regard.

I still say Michelle Obama is the next president if she decides to run. And that’s sad.

He’s an errand boy, sent by grocery clerks, to collect a bill.

He is expendable. His job is to take her out at the kneecaps and clear the field for the Fake Indian.

>> It wouldn’t happen.

I hear what you say and understand your logic — but elections no longer seem to be logical and rational.

Obama “wouldn’t happen” either. But it did. Twice.

Obama happened because the elitist elements were able to manipulate the opposition nominations to McCain then Romney, whose agenda weren't all that much different.

If the current scheme of hillary vs Jeb falls apart, there's a chance (granted, a long shot) that we'll get a candidate that hasn't been compromised and conditioned, and cares about the future of the US.
