It is true they deplete their numbers by abortion. Particularly those who would likely require entitlement support for 18 years without measurable return on investment (i.e., voting).
So, they’ve hit on instant voters. Illegal aliens, fast-tracked legal aliens predisposed to largess, and even incarcerated felons of all categories. They don’t have to wait 18 years for that maybe-vote. They have the instant sure thing right now. All it takes is the stroke of a pen on a memo from Obama.
