For some reason, Salt Lake City going full Baltimore conjures up images no more threatening than militant Mormons passing out pamphlets.
Translation, We will try to do this everywhere we can for political purpose.
Y’know, I remember the first time I hefted a FAL.
I thought to myself, “This is nice; if only there was some way to make it heavier”.

Kinda what I was thinking, sounds like a threat. During the ferguson fiasco the local amish here in NE Fla. tried blocking a couple of our bridges around the afternoon rush hour, once. The Sheriff’s office put a stop to that immediately and with a quickness. That same evening our Sherriff came on all local news channels warning that type of behavior would not be tolerated here AT ALL and would be dealt with accordingly. Those who tried it the 1st time went to jail, appeared in front of a judge and went back to jail........it hasn’t happened since.
Cummings is a jackass. Now I see why that place is so screwed up, they keep electing him. Baltimore has been in trouble since 1939.
The solution is to stop electing DemocRATS.

Make that Black RATs. With the exception of Martin O’Malley, Baltimore has had “black leadership” for twenty years, and has’t had a Republican mayor since 1947. And now with this latest conflagration, capital investment (along with jobs) will be leaving Baltimore forever.
Clearly a threat.
Out leaders have such short memories.
And the Republican mayor wasn’t exactly a conservative, either.
Not necessarily black Democrats. Look at Chicago. Look at New York from Lindsay through Dinkins. Were blacks running LA in the Watts riots?
No, it won’t happen in our community.
It might happen about 30 miles away, but there are a half-dozen communities between here and there that will be standing alongside the police to turn them back.
You may remember the bridge blockade in Gretna, LA, in the aftermath of Katrina. It’s not quite as easy to control access here, but it won’t take many people to secure the perimeter.
In fairness to the cops, they were ordered by Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake not to arrest, but to let the rioters have some space.
Cummings forgot to add that it could happen anywhere Democrats control the cities. Not likely to happen elsewhere.
Highly questionable Democrat policies have failed at social justice, equality, accountability, and created chaos. As a result low information voters engage in street battles.
Elijah Cummings (D) and other leftists fail to explore “root causes” because such includes decades of failed policies imposed by Democratic mayors and city leaders.
I don’t want this post to sound racist, but some will take it that way, so I’m going to say what I feel I must:
The problem with these riots are the being fed by the government, food stamps, welfare, no father in the home, to many half brothers and sisters in the same home.
The mother that slapped her child for being in that mess the other day was a rare example of what should happen. She is a single mother, has 5 other children, works, and cares about her children and what they do, that is really rare to find in ‘a riot filled’ group.
I also feel that since Obama took over as leader, more food stamps, more welfare, because certain people thought they ‘deserved’ it.
This Great Nation was built on hard work, family, God, helping one another, but yet you look around today and see that God is out of schools, some of us don’t get together on Sunday for Church and dinner at one of the family’s home, we don’t have time for this and we don’t have time for that....why not, when the farmers would work all day in the fields, tend to their farm animals, mow the lawns, and mom would bake, sew, clean house, bottle food for winter, the kids had jobs they had to do after school, homework, and then off to bed to start another day, and we are ‘to busy’ to bring these things back into our homes, our lives?
You can’t take your computer, I-phone, I-pad, brand new big home, brand new car, designer clothes and shoes, this vacation and that vacation to Heaven...the one thing you can do is make memories of Grandma and Grandpa, Uncles and Aunts, cousins, and what the Good Lord tells us to do....
This is what is wrong with America, bring back the good old times and America will heal....
And I applaud this mom from Baltimore for what she did, she knows what is important!

I hefted a Thompson sub-machine gun at Cabelas one time. It weighed a ton and that was without the drum loaded.

Maybe those cities have had a white mayor or two, but their city councils have a large percentage of blacks on them. As for LA, not sure who was mayor there at the time of the riots, but LA had Tom Bradley for a number of years. for NYC, Dinkins was the worst of the lot. Crime was at it’s zenith under his “leadership,” but I have to admit DeBlobio is trying hard to eclipse that record. Maybe his Black Lesbian wife is blowing in his ear.
More a certain demographic. Blacks are far more likely to riot than any other demographic.
