Does this POS Mayor know what 'PHARMACY' (CVS PHARMACY) means? A lot of drugs, probably some controlled substances such as Vicodin, Norco, Percaset, etc., ended up in the hands (and stomachs) of TEENS.

The looting of the pharmacy by teens SHOULD HAVE BEEN STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. ARREST THIS WOMAN NOW!
