BALTIMORE A prisoner sharing a police transport van with Freddie Gray told investigators that he could hear Gray banging against the walls of the vehicle and believed that he was intentionally trying to injure himself, according to a police document obtained by The Washington Post.

Talk to the black police chief, who answers to a black mayor, who seems to take stand-down orders from a black AG and a black president about that. Do you actually think that that chain of command is covering for some white police officers??
The source that asserted he had a fractured neck is the same source that asserts he has a crushed larynx. You are picking and choosing what you want to believe.
BS. I believe what is correctly sourced.
Both the crushed larynx claim and yesterdays claim about previous neck surgery have no QUOTED sources.
Do you understand why that's a problem for people such as myself who are trying to find the truth??
Little jail house testimony there.
That's all I care about. that's all this is-a FRiendly dialectic.
BS. I believe what is correctly sourced.
The family says he was treated for a crushed larynx as well as a spinal cord injury.
Do you actually think that that chain of command is covering for some white police officers??
The powers that be move in mysterious ways.
I agree with you. Unless something else comes to light he was a victim of either second or first degree murder.
If you look at his rap sheet his was a career criminal and a worthless piece of crap. That has no relevance. It would appear he was murdered and those that killed him must face the consequences of their probable illegal acts.
Also those that rioted and burned and looted and assaulted the police must be prosecuted. Of even more importance the instigators of those riots must be found and prosecuted. I suspect left wing anarchists will be found.
there do seem to be some curious inconsistencies here. fact is, he was breathing and talking and walking when he got into that van and somehow, he was unable to do any of that before he ever reached the police station. That's curious.
You beat me to it. Law suits seem to be the family business.
I wonder of he intended to go that far? You know, like those guys that sometimes hang themselves accidentally, when they are trying to "do" something else.
:-)
Will not happen.
Heard this on “Hannity” last night.
+1 Careful, sanity may break out all over.
Look at all the lemmings running towards the cliff.
I think he’s already had a ‘discussion’ with authorities.
That sounds like the police are focusing on the van drivers rather than the arresting officers in their investigation.
Oh. Right. Reduced sentence.
I am thinking a legit toxicology report will show the guy was on drugs, perhaps heroin. Am I reading you wrong, you have already convicted the officers?
Forgive me if I missed your point.
He apparently sold drugs, weed and heroin, has a record a mile long, did he not do some prison time also...I heard a 2 year stint.
Why would he not use drugs that he was selling? Why the rush to judgement? Dont you remember Wilson and Zimmerman...totally exonerated in both counts
Gee, I must be losing all communication function.
I am suspicious.
I think Gray’s toxicology will show drugs.
I also think the tox report had BETTER show drugs. (Otherwise, how could anyone do that much damage to himself, enough to cause death.)
The City needs that report to show drugs, because the future of six cops, a stupid mayor and her advisors hangs in the balance. She wants to be a senator, and the cops need to keep a job, but over this incident, Baltimore burned.
All these fine people are under the microscope for their responses, and for the job they did. They do not want to add to the criticism, by having to report that the cops caused this guy’s death. They have to blame the victim for his own injuries, because otherwise the cops are in trouble.
They want it to come out that the bad guy did it to himself.
Nobody (but HANNITY) is buying that Gray broke his own back and reportedly his own throat, unless he was out of his mind drug induced crazy, or he got the tricky ride in the paddy wagon, or else he was damaged by cops at some point, either upon arrest or afterward in the wagon.
The neighborhood describes the paddy wagon rides as rough and dangerous for prisoners in transport, but most believe Gray was injured upon arrest, which is on film, heard begging for medical help.
The lab techs may be legitimate and independent of pressure for certain outcomes. Or maybe not.
But the report better come out with plenty of drugs. Or not.
Otherwise, something awful happened to Gray in the wagon, or he really was critically injured upon arrest and it was 45 minutes before medical help was called.
It’s a simple matter of who do you believe?
“You mean, wait until the toxicology report is *fixed*, dont you.
Ahh, no, six cops at risk? Fixing would never happen.”
Eric Holder, is that you????
I won’t be surprised if Gray’s body is found to have drugs in his system, for real.
I’m just saying he BETTER have drugs in his system, or else you have to suspend all disbelief that his spine severed by itself. Suspicion is then logically cast on what happened inside that van, or, what happened when he was arrested and already heard begging for help and a doctor.
At least in the total absence of any other reliable evidence, I have questions. On the other hand, you may not require a shred of evidence on anything, ever, to draw conclusions your way.
Once again it seems when the whole truth comes out we see that on the majority of these things the cops did nothing wrong and the riots were all for nothing.
We don’t have nearly as much a police problem as we have a liberalism and black criminal culture problem.
FINOs hardest hit!
