death of “black” man?? So if it was a white man, it’s no big deal.

I want to know if the accused are black police officers.

We can know for sure that the jury will be dominated by blacks, if not an all black jury, given the poopulation of Baltimore.

I’d be afraid to stand before a Baltimore jury; there’s no sense of fair play there.

The incarceration rate is much too high in this country. It’s like a police state for the black ghettos. The youth and police seem to me to have a lot of hostility towards each other. Something in the justice system is broken beyond repair imo.

I think Daniel Patrick Moynihan warned us about this 50 years ago. And he was a big liberal for you younger Freepers. Maybe we are seeing the futility of trying to civilize young men without a father in the house.

Wow! Murder?

I think that’s a bridge too far.

I think the cops injured Gray in the arrest alright, critically as it turned out, but I am not fully convinced if the cops realized it, and if a rough van ride made it worse or an assault in the van occurred.

I sure never bought into that he broke his own back, neck, and throat, or whatever. There is so little evidence for the cops story, except for them telling it. Yikes.

Listen, if it can be proven these police officers pulled over and beat this guy to death then I think they should get the death penalty.

But I don’t think THIS woman should be the one to prosecute the case.

I don’t believe true justice can be had with a hack like that prosecuting. If I were on the jury, I would be half inclined to aquit the officers just based on her bad attitude alone.

Justice should be blind, and it shouldn’t have a attitude.

Not guilty; could be negligent manslaughter at most. Murder requires intent.

Mosby was obviously playing to the black mob. How could she charge murder when she doesn’t have all the facts? Sounds like a kangaroo court coming up.

The cops would be better off if they skipped bail,
flee to Russia and ask for political asylum. There will be a lynch mob mentality in the cesspool of Baltimore, where they will never get a fair trial.

from what i read on the charges, they’re being charged because they didn’t buckle his seat belt?!

are they saying that he hit his head inside the van because his belt wasn’t fashioned, therefore the cops committed murder??

and what about the statement by the other guy riding in the van saying grey was deliberately throwing himself around the van? (most likely to claim police brutality when he was pulled out)

to me, it sounds like trumped up charges to appease the mob by a black state attorney

This crap has to stop- IF it is found that there was NOT enough evidence ot brign this to trial- the prosecutor should be charged with making a false charge-

The only freaking reason they are going forward with this is to throw fuel on the fire- if they are ofund not guilty the town will explode with violence, and they know it and are no doubt hoping for just that
