Friday, Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby announced that six officers will face multiple charges for the death of Freddie Gray while in police custody.

Amazing. She is basically saying to the rioters, I will charge all six police officers to appease you. I wonder if the Obama administration is sending her the instructions for each communication. After Al Sharpton phoned his instructions in to Obama and Lynch.
When these accusations get before a judge they most likely will be thrown out for lack of evidence. None of what she alleged today had any courtroom style proof as far as I could determine.Mostly hearsay. The indictments were made to pour water on a fire.
Bad optics on more than one side. It is a “pox on both houses” kind of moment.
“Proof” is not needed, probable cause is.

The only “evidence” I’ve seen is some cops putting some black guy in a van!?
This article states that two are black, including the one with the most serious charge.

According to records obtained by the Associated Press, Carroll County sheriff’s deputies visited his home in 2012 and confiscated his weapons, including a .40-caliber police pistol, a 9mm handgun, and a AK-47-style rifle, after someone asked the sheriff’s department to check on Rice. As a result of their visit, the officers took Rice to a local hospital because they were concerned about his mental health.
