It has created a system of snitches for some of the most minor errors in judgement without a chance at redemption.

Must have been an Irish or Indian remark if it had to do with alcohol consumption. If an Irishman took offense at a joke or comment about drinking, then he or she is no true Irishman. You can throw any insult at us and we'll hand it back and laugh it off.
