Already was by other factors (approaching majority unwed children, massive demand for financial assistance, unemployment, unpayable national debt), only now they want to somehow reason that making a redefinition will somehow stop the collapse. Makes no sense to me though.
Did you read my post?
They’re going to “pull a Congress” — letting some different group (the lower courts in this case) enact their will and refusing to correct them.
Well that’s OK because the Constitution is very clear. The only court that has jurisdiction over a sovereign state is the SCOTUS. States can very well tell a Federal judge to stick it. Over time the states have allowed the Feds to dilute their powers. Time for a take back.
I think Ronnie Reagan got suckered by some California Chamber of Commerce types into nominating Anthony Kennedy after the Robert Bork blowup (another argument for borking Democrats whenever, wherever). Kennedy was coached and coddled by a closeted gay law professor at a law school the gay godfather founded himself (hmmm, guess he passed the ethics standards there </sarc>), and is a good example of gay "influence peddling" and associational propagandization.
I should imagine that Kennedy never saw any Pride Parades in his law-school prebends while he was there. This was, incidentally, the strategy advocated and preached by Hunter Madsen and Marshall Kirk in After the Ball, which was quite possibly the most evil book since Mein Kampf .... some of whose ideas the perpetrators grafted onto their own steaming pile of perverse comment and advice for subversive "movement" homosexuals.
How long can a Union last that was held together by only a few commonly held ideas, when those ideas are no longer common?
One MUST read the sixth chapter of this book to REALIZED how the PROPAGANDA for fags has worked in this country!!
These 'ideas' can be forgotten quite easily and new ones inserted in only a generation.
The mass communication channels in this country has been subverted.
