In this case, they've done it before: when CA's Prop 8 came up they essentially said that the CA Supreme court could not certify the standing of its citizens and refused to hear the case — keep in mind that a single federal judge stopped Prop 8. So, by refusing to hear the issues, they were in fact saying (a) that the people had no recourse, and (b) that the state's own will was absolutely subservient to the federal government.
That, my friends, is how to pull a Congress.

Your post was right on target, it seems to me, except for this line. Liberals want the destruction of American"ism".
Remember too that Republican presidents will have made this decision possible.
What if, birds could fly, or wild bears lived in the woods, or our president was half white and hated white people.
Our courts are just as corrupt as the rest of the system, maybe even more so. We have stopped be a nation of laws, the rich and powerful are exempted from our laws, just look at congress, they can buy stock based on inside information while the rest of us a punished.
The SCOTUS proved how corrupt it is with the Obamacare ruling. they are nothing more then a pox on the American people.
It will not be pretty if and when the push back happens. When God speaks to his people they will hear him.
If the SCOTUS tries to force gay marriage on all 57 states the answer is the 10th Ammendment. Just say no.

If he were still around JFK would be fully with the liberal movement, no doubt about it.
