What a bogus study. It is comparing transit commuters to drivers. Transit commute is always going to slower ( unless in a place like New York ). Does the black driver coming from the same area have a better time than a black transit commuter? Chances are , yes. It has nothing to do with race.

"transit time penalty" increased to 173 hours -- the equivalent of losing 4.5 work weeks annually in commute. Maybe if they got out of bed a bit earlier it might help to avoid the morning gridlock...
I used to get up at 6:30 AM and arrive at work for start of business at 7:45 AM.

Blacks create hellholes. No one wants to visit black hellholes, or stop for lunch or accidentally get off the interstate in one. And they certainly don't want to work in one.
That's why blacks have "longer commute times". It's that simple.
This is a problem blacks have - it's not our problem.
