The answer is quite simple. Pull all non-black police out of areas that complain about police tactics. Let them elect community members for security.

It’s time to settle old scores. Did someone dis you 7 years ago? Time to get back at them. Did someone grab the Nikes you wanted the last time you were looting? No time will ever be better than now to nail them.
I was just getting into that video when it got overridden by loud back-to-back advertising that drowned it out. There was no button to turn it off or any visual indication of it. I restarted it and got the same result. Do advertisers really get more sales with this crap? Annoy hell out of your potential customers to generate sales? Are we collectively really that sheepish?
