Justice, Kenny Bunk was proud to identify as a Mainer in part I think because as a yachtsman he felt attached to her rugged coasts and waters, and in part because he delighted in the soft disposition and hard sense of irony/humor of native Mainers. As a New Englander and “rebel Yankee,” (if ever there was one he was it,) Maine was a perfect home.

Kenny Bunk is one FReeper I will truly miss. He had an outrageous sense of humor. I avoided getting into any arguments with him, because I knew I would lose!
