I think the word that describes Jeb’s views is much shorter and pronounced “caved”.
Staying out of the Bushes on this election.
Jeb's odd in this regard. Other liberal Republicans would at least try to sound conservative during the GOP primaries (e.g. Romney calling himself "severely conservative" or something like that), only to show their true colors in the general election or once in office. Jeb isn't even bothering with this charade.
Yay! He now supports women and children being stuck in poverty! Way to go GOP-e!
Come on Jeb, just do it, get the gender reassignment surgery that you have always wanted...
A chilling report, however, on CNBC this morning of some sort of business leaders' poll--not sure what group as I was getting dressed at the time, not watching the TV--showed something like 2/3 believing that JEB would be the nominee, with only a much smaller contingent believing it would be Gov. Walker, and virtually no one believing any other Republican candidate had any chance at all.
Since Corporate management types tend to be myopic on many subjects--this doesn't necessarily mean anything other than that they are, in fact, myopic. But it shows other aspects of the same problem.
Regardless, the number 1 predictor of poverty in America is single parent households.
Weren’t George and Barbara attending “same-sex weddings” before they became so popular?
Jebbie expects to win with early victories in NH, FL, GA, SC, and TX.
A gutless wonder this guy. So he is asked to always lower his standards and accept some liberal position - and he always cowers and says yes. Pathetic.
“Jebbie was born in TX, and he is likely to win the TX primary in March 2016. People there like names they can recognize.”
I’d bet that Cruz is a much more favored candidate in TX.
Why is it that when anyone evolves , they evolve in the liberal direction on an issue????
Personally, I have evolved in the opposite direction. I don’t want to condemn unwed mothers, but, when I see the toxic effects of the baby mama culture in our culture, I have evolved towards being more strongly against unwed mothers.
Evolved? WTH does that mean.
Evolved means that you are now liberal on an issue, when you used to have a conservative position. And it’s supposed to be a reasonable excuse for you as to why you are now liberal.
"Evolved" is the new term for "Flip-Flop."
Get the pill, it’s affordable, especially if you stop wasting money on malt liquor, cigs, and lip gloss. Or tell Jamal to rubber up or you’ll close your legs. Jamal is responsible too, Shaniqua, but the primary responsibility is yours, you’re the one who can get pregnant.
The last thing we need is Jerb giving the thumps up to whoring bastard brewing. We need less fatherless kids in this country. To make that happen we need to restore some SHAME. A dirty thing, SHAME, but it exists for a reason, to discourage foolish behavior. “The unwed mother” has somehow attained a position of honor in this country, every **ithead politician sings their praises.
Don't follow the family that closely. I do remember that after "W's" Attorney General finally--after two or more years--decided to discontinue the Clinton era June "Pride" celebrations in the Justice Department; his decision to do so was vetoed by the White House; which seemed a bit strange after the religious posturing of the junior Bush in 2000.
Whatever happened to Dr Laura?
“”Cant wait to hear Dr. Laura unload on him.””
Since we moved out of CA, I never hear of her. I guess she’s still on the radio? Miss her and also Larry Elder.
Aren’t you the one who used to do campaign work for McClintock? Good guy!
Yes so called “bastards “ back then had a tougher life, but you have to weigh that against the suffering of the millions of kids born to single moms today and the damage that has done to society as a whole.
The stigma attached to single motherhood back then kept the number of “bastards “ to just a few, today it’s in the tens of millions and it’s destroying our society. If I had to pick, I’d go back to stigma.
