You have it completely reversed, social liberalism creates the liberal voters and dependent, amoral voters, that make conservatives economics and limited government, impossible.
Social liberalism breaks societies and people, and they become voters who only think of themselves and their short term wants.

Fixing the economy would do a lot more for those people than focusing on abortion and gay marriage. Not that Walker is for either of those things, but we’re talking about where to focus the debate. The Democrats love to talk about those issues because it distracts from the horrible job they do on governing.
The "Media" is the biggest problem facing America. These people are monolithic in their thought processes and herd mentality. The reason we can't get traction on various issues is because everything discussed on television or made into a "news" story, goes through a filter of Liberal New York Democrat Union members before the public gets to see it.
The US media is literally the biggest censorship weapon in the world.
