One of the speakers slated for the Vatican rollout of the long-awaited Papal document on climate change once said the earth is overpopulated by at least 6 billion people.
The teaching document, called an encyclical, is scheduled for release on June 18 at Vatican City. Perhaps with the exception of the 1968 encyclical on contraception, no Vatican document has been greeted with such anticipation.
The political left is hoping for a document that ties belief in global warming to a religious obligation. Climate skeptics have already started criticizing the document.

You are correct, but this is not about science. This is about population control. The elites do not want Africa and Asia to rise up and control the world. Why would the Vatican choose him as a featured speaker for the roll out of the encyclical if the encyclical was not consistent with his views?
The entire premise behind the fraudulent “climate change” narrative and most environmental narratives is that humans are bad for the planet and the population must be reduced.

Then, Executive Branch agency to further draft regulations while unilaterally re-defining whatever it is that Congress may or may not have produced.

Eugenics is the foundation for the climate change reasoning. Cooler temps means less food will grow, people will starve to death. Less CO2 means less plant photosynthesis resulting in less plants, less plant reproduction, less plant foods to harvest.

Just think of all that cruelty to innocent plants (trees are "plants I don't care what anybody says different) which was part of the work that exploiter of natural resources obviously had to callously engage in to build that big 'ol boat.
It's no wonder that even God was angry, and tried to drown him like a rat...like a rat caught in the rising sea levels...which more recent rises of, have been temporarily abated by the election of the majic halfrican (may pork be upon him), sparing innocent 'rats from further calamity.
