WWII: We fought against the Axis powers, Germany, Japan, and Italy. Led by Hitler, Emperor Hirohito, and Benito Mussolini respectively.

you’re a female (as per your bio). the education system was instructed to increase the education for females and decrease the education for males.
that was hillary clinton in 1994 instructing the teachers union to call on the girls instead of the boys. the result of this over the 12 year education cycle would be a neglected, or down graded, education for the boys.
