The Bandidos Motorcycle Club called Monday for Waco police to share video and autopsy reports relating to a bloody melee that left nine people dead, 18 injured and 177 arrested.
In a statement, Stephen Stubbs, an attorney representing the club, accuses the Waco Police Department of repeatedly misleading the press and public with false information and withholding evidence from the deadly shooting at Twin Peaks.
The release of the video and/or autopsy reports would simply clear up rampant misinformation, Stubbs statement read. If the Waco Police Department didn't want to interfere with the investigation or influence a potential jury pool, it should not have released its false narrative in the first place and instead should have stayed silent during the entirety of the investigation.

Finny: Never stop trusting your gut or your Spidey senses.
Even on the off chance you are wrong that time; you will more likely be right the other 99 times out of 100.
Whatever it is they are working so hard to cover up must be pretty serious.
Swanton acknowledged early that police fire "may" have killed people. If it did, that is a neutral fact. It's either a good shoot or not.
But, they have to account for at least the 12 rounds that Stroman says his men fired (after they got out of their cars when the violent altercation commenced.)
Did every one of the 12 shots hit the intended target? Did the bullet remain in that target or did it go through and strike a non target person?
If one accepts Stroman's info that 44 casings were recovered from the scene (indicating that they came from bikers shooting at each other), then it was clearly a chaotic and very dangerous scene.
I put myself in the shoes of a Waco cop that day. I AM SITTING IN MY CAR. I have been told that trouble is coming but, I AM SITTING IN MY CAR.
I'm hearing more bikers rolling in. Maybe I am getting comm that tells me that some on the patio are acting hinky. But, I AM SITTING IN MY CAR.
When the altercation breaks out, I hear the command GO GO GO. I get myself and my weapon out of the car, set myself up, survey the situation and fire my weapon.
Now - back in my own shoes.
Why are the cops sitting in their cars?
What is the justification for shooting into a crowd? What does the training say?
Why fire rifles? Why not shotguns?
Why did only three open fire?
I'm sure there are a lot more questions.
You have pointed out yet another axis on which the story will not logically turn. As weeks turn to months it appears they are increasingly hanging their hopes on modified, limited hangout to get them through this crisis. There must be some truly terrible truth for them to put this much effort into smothering it. The harder they work to do so the more obvious it becomes.
Apparently, you didn't read my posts correctly or maybe they were on another thread. I've been a hill-climber since 15 (1965) and an Indian/Harley street rider since 19 (1969) until I joined the Navy in 1975. After 11 years Navy I started riding again and became a member of the Patriot Guard Riders. I was also a HOG member. I AM NOT CRITICIZING ALL BIKERS. I'm criticizing the 1%ers.
I also know the origins of the Hells Angels, Galloping Goose, Booze Fighters, Iron Horsemen and such. I was at the 50th anniversary (1997) of the so-called biker take-over in Hollister in 1947. Were you? Do you know who Wet Willy is? No Googling.
"Jack-booted thug"? Really? My bona fides show I'm the biggest supporter of our Constitution, liberty, and rights (VetsCor founder and Chairman). And yes, I have the experience to criticize 1%er outlaw bikers having associated with the Satan Slaves, Straight Satans, and Gypsy Nomads in my youth in Los Angeles. I learned quickly they weren't for me.
I've also said that the LEO's were wrong to arrest so many who weren't involved, as the facts are now. You want to defend the 1% criminals, fine. I support the 99% bikers who just want to ride and cause no problems during the many biker events I've enjoyed for years (Sturgis, Lauglin, Run For The Wall, etc.).
Also, I used to hang at a biker dive called Cook's Corner (historical site) in Orange County. THE only time there was a biker incident was when the Vagos showed up. They beat the living crap out of some poor bicyclist. BTW, what color is their patch? Again, no Googling since you know so much.
I'm not your (Son), so kiss my 65 year old experienced rear. Was going to change that sentence, but it looks funny.
That is huge and it's the thing that first caught my attention and to this day, I cannot dismiss it from my mind. I fully expected that surely, after a week, the system would have sorted things out and dropped a bunch of charges. (115 with no convictions.)
You want to defend the 1% criminals, fine.
Here it is again.
It's really getting old.
You really have no idea what you're talking about.
1. A 1% patch ALWAYS indicates an outlaw biker. They are ALL "bad boys". What do you think 1% means? One percent of "bad boys"?
2. Anyone who wears the "MC" on their colors must be sanctioned by one outlaw club or another. Didn't used to, but does now. Do some research on both patches, including bottom "rocker" patches. BTW, you do know what the 1%ers are into nowadays? No, Google is your friend.
Thank you for spelling it out to these no-nothings. However, I believe there is a Christian bike club and some Viet Nam clubs that are allowed to wear the MC, but no bottom rocker. Could be wrong. I'll Google
You left out “13”.
I haven’t seen a google on a motorcycle in 40 years of riding. I’ll go with my own experiences rather than some internet crap any day. YMMV.
Yes
LOL. Neither have I. However, I have seen a galloping goose on a motorcycle.
Oops, wrong about the bottom rocker.
I hate liars.
You've been pinged directly to those evidence cone truther photos at least a half a dozen times in the past few weeks and not once did you question the veracity of that "evidence".
Saying now that you did not "partipate" in those discussions is like Bill Clinton saying I did not have "sex" with that woman...
Like I said...I hate liars.
V8 crankshaft with one rod journal and two connecting rods.

“What is the justification for shooting into a crowd? What does the training say?”
The were shooting back at the ones shooting at them.
“Why fire rifles? Why not shotguns?”
LOL! Why shotguns!!!!!!!!!!
I went to your link and saw the configuration, but still don't get how (2) connecting rods for each side works for the other (6) pistons. My computer asked for a plug-in when trying to access the videos, so no go.
I don't get it. I am somewhat knowledgeable on internal combustion engines and currently have 1958 Impala. As long as I remember, it's always been one rod for one place on the crankshaft.
When one of the two inner cylinders fires, it forces the adjacent inner cylinder down also (intake) and those two pistons force the two outer pistons up (compression and exhaust)!
Are you kidding? How about comment #318 on this thread?
Do YOU know what those cones are marking? Casings? Impacts? Blood? What?
You really are quite deceitful aren't you?
