Chief Justice Roberts affirms: ObamaCare was poorly written

While Chief Justice John Roberts delivered a blow to ObamaCare foes with a majority opinion upholding subsidies, he backed up the law's opponents on one point: The language in the Affordable Care Act was kind of a mess.

"The Affordable Care Act contains more than a few examples of inartful drafting," he wrote.

Not Robert’s job to rewrite the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010”. Neither is it within his power to reinterpret the English language, nor of any Supreme Court Justice.

Can we now write up articles of impeachment on the six of the nine Supreme Court Justices?

For flunking basic understanding of plain English.

True... they need to order a ton of crystal balls now at the USSC.

I can now deeply sympathize with the bunch who just wants to torpedo the whole PPACA regardless of consequences, even though that is not the most godly thing to do.

What actually happened is that the Democrats managed to hold something very near and dear to most Americans hostage. And in this rhetoric-driven era, it didn’t even matter that Congress was ready, more or less, to patch this monster.

Our answer will not be found in politics but in God.

Dear Justice Roberts,

Here was my original reply to your first act of tyranny. I still stand by it.

On this day, I make the pledge that when my employer drops my health insurance, I will not join the exchange. When the IRS fines me, I will not pay that fine! When that results in the IRS issuing a warrant for that fine, I will not comply! When they knock on my door to enforce the warrant, I will not answer! Eventually, they will kick in my door to enforce the warrant and at that time many will pay a heavy price! The “tolerant and compassionate left” must be willing to shoot me dead to enforce their utopian dreams!

The Government must always be willing to enforce their utopian ideas with the force of a gun and their confiscation of my physical being is a very bright line. I will pay a heavy price, but I am hopeful that price will be paid to the benefit of my progeny!

I will not succomb to slavery!
