We have done that, and at every turn we have been betrayed. The state and federal courts are full of lifetime appointed traitors, and as long as they are there we will never succeed. As long as we passively accept the decisions of courts, we are hostages to their will.

All the real decisions now get made at the Department of Education in Washington, D.C.

Local school boards and PTA’s are now merely window dressing.

Though I know where you can find openly Conservative teachers. In the drive-thru window at McDonalds. No public school system will hire them.

No, I do blame the Supreme Court entirely......it is up to them to uphold the law, not create it at their will. That is their JOB and what the have been entrusted to do by WE THE PEOPLE via our representatives, it is what they get paid to do.

Ultimately, the BUCK stops with them, they failed.

You get paid to do your job, I do for mine, you hire me to do a job for you, you trust that I will do it without your having to constantly oversee me. Same premise we have in the Supreme Court. We the payers are just too dammed busy to oversee what those Elites are doing, but then that is what they count on.

THE BLAME LAYS ENTIRELY ON THE SUPREME COURT and the reason it now needs to be abolished, they no longer work for the majority of the population. (all just my opinion, while I still have one).

Perhaps an audit on all their accounts would shed some light as to why they disobey the American Voter.

Then take a page from Alinsky and don’t reveal your politics openly at first.

The old Toronto Maple Leafs head coach Punch Imlach use to say ‘if you can’t beat them in the alley you can’t beat them on the ice. Screw playing fair . . .

" For the first steps, see Wisconsin."

No. For the first step, quit expecting others to do it for us. Each and every one of us needs to get busy, and take over our own school boards, city councils, highway districts, and quit waiting for some savior to do it for us. We The People have the power, and it's high freakin' time we start using it!

I am afraid this supreme court ruling will mean that all these institutions will be purged of the type of people you speak of. The gay marriage issue will be the litmus test and it will be used mercilessly. I hope I am wrong, but this is what I see, what I am hearing, and what many are preparing for.

There are lots of problems, and illegitimate institutions. SCOTUS deserves every bit of ridicule and shame that it gets, and then some. So do many school boards, local governances, etc.

How about we blame them all? Would that be okay? Or is SCOTUS off limits for some reason?

It will slow it down. The only thing that will stop it is a disaster.

You have to start with the media. Network and cable TV are powerful outlets. Once you control the media, you control the narrative. You can demonstrate the benefits of conservative principles and practices. At the same time, you can explain why liberalism is awful, what it has done to those that practice it, and ridicule/marginalize progressive leaders.

If you're a pu**y, emigrate. Go. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

If you're an American, deserving of your birthright and the Grace of God, stand and freakin' FIGHT BACK!

See this is why you never give the government control of a social issue.

As soon as the government sez these people over here get x because they did this then the everyone gets a chance at getting x.

Equal protection under the law.

If marriage had never been given monetary consideration by the FEDGOV and the States there would be no issue.

Learn from this.

Social engineering is a tool to divide the populace to keep them distracted from the money scam the FEDGOV and the States are running on the citizens.

Giving the government the power to say yes we support this social issue means they also have the power to say no and make it illegal or to subvert it and twist it into something morbid and corrupt.

not true at all..i live in an uber liberal area of Weschester NY, two miles from the clintons....the superintendent in this district attempted to have all the teachers and staff go to a 3 day “diversity” conference (aka- its whitey’s fault) at taxpayer expense less than a year ago...

it was the fuse that lit the fire...

since then we’ve got two fiscally conservatives elected to the school board, scared the former school board president (far left winger) who had been the president almost ten years so much she chose not to run for re-election and the superintendent announced his retirement at the last BOE meeting...

it can be done- you need a few people to stand up at meetings and start mouthing off- the left does not like being challenged...

funny thing- we were constantly referred to as the “vocal minority”- then the election came...

Amen. They don't like being mocked and ridiculed, either.

I would say the way to block the leftist education network is push for vouchers...not become a cog in their flawed machine.

I blame our ex-presidents and spineless Senators frankly. These nominations shape our nation for at least a quarter century, and when given the opportunity we end up with Roberts, Souter, Kennedy, O’Connor, Stevens...imagine how different our nation would be if that group had been replaced Scalia clones.

So ultimately we have to blame ourselves and our votes...but what can you do, when even Ronald Reagan nominates a liberal in disguise.

Anyway, I’ve drawn a line in the sand. No more milk-toast candidates. Both my senators and my congresswoman have been on the wrong side of Obamatrade...so they’ve lost my vote. Even if a late term abortionist were to run against one of them, I don’t care - no more lesser of two evils with me.

And no more Dole/Bush/McCain/Romney votes from me. Jeb? Nope!
