Donald Trump must disclose how much money he made from his so-called Trump University, San Diego U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel ruled this week.

The judge ruled that one of several plaintiffs that had signed up for Trump U is allowed to question the current GOP presidential candidate about the profit he made, whether directly or indirectly, from Trump University.

In his ruling, Curiel added that Trump failed to show "that a broad federal right to financial privacy exists that bars discovery regarding any financial transactions of a defendant accused of defrauding large numbers of people."

"Thus, Trump's payments to, and receipt of funds from, Trump University would be relevant to supporting plaintiffs' claims," Curiel said.

I understand the good intention of keeping Trump out of Ted Cruz’s way but lets let Trump set the agenda and have the rest respond.

He is doing a service for the LIV and has no problem with funding. So far, the left is going apoplectic over his remarks and has decided to hit him financially.

At this point in his life, I don’t think he cares. He knows the law. For the mom in everybody trying to protect their candidate, we are a long way from debate or selection.

Be glad we have someone willing to take the hits and expose the left for what they are. He is honest and not beholden to NBC or anybody else.

Are defendants in a suit presumed innocent until proven guilty?

Why is it a “fake” university? Dennis Praeger has “Praeger University.” It’s not a fake, it’s a name he gives his on line subscriber lessons.

I forgot to add this. I would assume Dennis Praeger has a permit to operate. I don't know for certain, but I would think so.

I don't doubt that Trump has a host of issues I don't agree with. Except for Cruz, there isn't one candidate who to me is 100% across the board. That said, there is no one including Cruz (yet) dealing the kinds of body blows to the libs on key issues I DO agree on, like amnesty, like Trump is.

Well, it depends on what kind of "license" it is. No, Praeger would NOT have a license because that's just the name, "Praeger University." Of course it's not a real college. It's like Rush's "Institute for Advanced Conservative Studies"---it's a name. The charge is just silly and for a judge to rule that way says more about the moronic judge than it does about Trump.

But I still want to know what brilliant math someone had to get 4,000 students at $1400 per to come out to $40 million. That's Dem-O-Crat Al Sharpton Louis Farrakhan math right there!
