Israel needs U.S. B-52 bombers that can carry "bunker buster" bombs in order to attack Iran if is about to developed a nuclear weapon under the camouflage of the ObamaDeal, according to an Israeli strategic expert now living in the United States.
Dr. Ehud Eilam, a former private contractor for the Defense Ministry and who has written a book on the "next war: between Israel and Egypt, wrote in Israel Defense that the United States should either attack Iran or give the green light to Israel to do so if Iran cheats on the agreement.
He maintains that Israel's F-16 warplanes cannot do the job because they cannot carry 30,000-pound buster bombs being developed by the United States.

Not quite there but you are getting the concept. They can make all the nukes they want, but they still have to get them out of there.
Obama is not going to give B-52’s to Israel.
Members of our own military will be lucky if Obama approves of them having pistols.
My fear is that Obola will order our planes to intercept any Israeli strike on Iran.
According to GlobalSecurity.org: “In May 2000, Israel is reported to have secretly carried out its first test launches from two German-built Dolphin-class submarines of cruise missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads. The missiles launched from vessels off Sri Lanka in the Indian Ocean are said to have hit a target at a range of about 1,500 kilometers [about 930 statute miles]. Israel is reported to possess a 200 kg nuclear warhead, containing 6 kg of plutonium, that could be mounted on cruise missiles.”
The Israelis could turn Iran into a fused glass, 2,500 year self-lighting parking lot in the blink of an eye. The Iranians had better figure out they are toast if their dreams of nuclear weapons become fact. Israel will not use its nukes as second strike weapons. I will use them as first strike weapons before the Iranians can act.
Moat ridiculous idea I’ve ever heard of. Whatever the Israelis do will be covert or directly related to an attack on them first.
We have a bunch of mothballed F-117 Black Jets sitting in the desert.
While they can’t carry a bunker buster they could certainly take out Iran’s ‘eyes’.
B-1B Lancer would also do the job real well.
There is a better option. Almost unstoppable and VERY accurate. IDF's IRBM Jericho III's with x3 MIRVs with 10-150kt "dial a yield" nuclear weapons. They could launch 3 of their estimated 50 IRBMs and take out every nuclear target with airburst....(where the fireball doesn't touch the ground).
RUMINT is that they have a hardened MIRV for penetration...and most re-entry warheads come streaking in around 15-20,000 MPH from space.
In 2006 and again in 2010, they tested their Jericho III IRBMs by shooting them at a target barge south of Malta (same distance from Jerusalem nuclear air base to Tehran) and the latest test had one MIRV warhead actually hit the target barge and the other two splashed down within a couple hundred yards, which in nuclear warfare is like shooting 3 bullets and having 1 hole in your paper target 100 yards away.
IDF needs to use Saudi/Baharai/Qatar/UAE air bases, or they'll have to use their IRBMS.
Unfortunately, the Israeli Navy's nuclear weapons (Penguin SLCM) is VERY detectable on launch, and the CEP of the Penguin isn't as accurate or reliable as the Jericho IRBMs.
Either way....its going to be ugly.
Last option is a "Super Entebbee" raid by suicidal IDF forces coming in by parachute....but IDF would lose its best and never get them back.
They do, but 1) upon launch, very detectable, 2) has average or worse reliability, 3) low CEP for targeting. Good for cities, ports, large military installations, but not hard target penetration such as bunkers or underground sites.

I don’t doubt it - I don’t know much about IDF weapons. My point is that they don’t need the US for sh!t if they make up their mind to destroy Iran’s ability to throw a nuke at them. To my mind, Israel would be prudent to proceed with their own protective (and preemptive) measures as if the United States did not exist. At least until the Muslim leaves office.

The MOP can be carried ONLY by the B2. There are no B-52's that have sufficient bombay door size, nor racks fitted to carry the thing.
