I can give you just as many possible scenarios like the cop was angry and BTW it shows AND BTW he was suspended for not following procedures so yeah its already in the record, the cop was wrong.

But being there is no mention whatsoever in the arrest record of drugs etc. then how did he smell or see drugs that were not there?

Not following policy is not the same as illegal or against the law. He violated the courtesy policy. I’m not defending his attitude. He may have been a jerk, but being a jerk is not illegal or abusive.

Also, read the story on other sites. She had multiple prior DWI/DUI arrests and drug possession arrests. She spent 30 days in jail for the last MJ possession arrest.

As previously stated...he violated policy, she violated the law. There is a difference. Please read my full posts before responding so I don’t have to keep repeating myself.
