Reagan was a democrat too once. Reagan was about letting Americans making America great and Trump is about he is going to make America great. That is what scares me about him.

There seems to be a lot of pro Trump opinion on FreeRepublic. In many ways, I understand why. But, I think if Trump won the presidency, he would not be a conservative president.

Mr. Trump is a wild card. Right now he is capturing almost all of the attention and I applaud his “straight talk, without notes.”

FWIW, I like Governor Walker too, even though he’s a career politician, (in his state) I won’t be disappointed if he’s our eventual nominee.

Im more worried about the ones who flip me the finger and say things they know I oppose. And like Jeb have the audacity to tell me im wrong and that I need to fall into line and support him or big bad Hillary will win.

I think that may drive some of their animosity. It's an existential threat to them.
What they don't realize is that their real enemy is not Trump.
