PHOENIX (Reuters) - A federal judge on Friday ordered U.S. marshals to seize documents from the office of controversial Arizona lawman Joe Arpaio as part of an ongoing racial profiling case.

Arpaio should send them a couple cases of prison balony, USPS 3’rd class book rate.
The judge is racial profiling a sheriff who enforces laws on the books.

Your 4th amendment right to be free of unreasonable searches and seizures can be violated without warning or even opportunity to be heard first , as grossly as they wish, at any time - with but a single scribble of a judge ( who is often a political hack who doesn’t take responsibility for his/ her actions).

or he has the goods finally on Obama’s eligibility. Either one I say. Hard to believe a judge who wants an open border. Our government is so corrupt, very soon we will be seeing cartel style killing here in the US.
Racial profiling is a thought crime. This is all they have on him?

Sure wish we had more judges with the balls that Sheriff Joe has that would actually enforce the law as Sheriff Joe is trying to do.
