The city needs to put up full sized pictures of our liberal political females against the wall. Would scare anyone off.

Actually that would cause me to want to piss on them.

This paint solution only works at a 90 degree angle, use a 45 degree bank shot and hit a passerby.

Do they think that the people urinating in public will be bothered by some urine splashing back on them? If they want to stop them from peeing on the walls they need to cover them with electrically conductive paint so that the urinater gets a little something to really think twice about it.

Ever see any cows around an electric fence? No,they only need to go near it once to learn to stay away.

I think a businessman had a better solution. Vandals had been spray painting the wall of his building next to the parking lot, so he got crafty, and put some high pressure fluid lines with spray heads inside the wall.

So when the creeps came to tag his wall, his security guys would spot it on their surveillance camera, then open the valve in front of the tagger. A big spray of bright neon orange or green paint would blast them.

The security guys did a video compilation for the rest of the employees, who thought it was hilarious.

Good idea. Sorry, I posted my comment,#23, before reading yours. Actually it would only take a few volts to get the message across. I’m sure some people would be up in arms over the in-humanity of it all.

here was some half-drunk 16-year old German kid (10AM)...fairly wasted, and attempting to pee while leaning against the wall.

I spend a week and a half in an Army hospital ward I (I'd had had knee surgery) next to a guy who went to take a piss in some German's back yard and the Kraut shot him in the knee. This was back in the 80s.

Reminds me of an old WWII Italian joke. People were complaining to the post office that the new Mussolini stamps wouldn't stick to the envelopes. The post office replied that they were spitting on the wrong side.
