Don't get into a pissing match with walls in San Francisco.
The city's Public Works agency is testing a pee-repellant paint on walls in areas that have been saturated with urine. Anyone urinating on the specially treated walls will get the spray splashed back onto them.

"The urine will bounce back on the guys pants and shoes. The idea is they will think twice next time about urinating in public," said Rachel Gordon, a Public Works Department spokeswoman. She said the super-hard coating made the "bounce back" effect much stronger than when peeing on a regular wall.

Another can't fail idea from the same government idiots that sometimes overlook the obvious ...
I call that the “General Grant” position.
LOL! If they paint the floor, will that guy levitate?
Typical knee-jerk leftist “solution” to an obvious problem that can be resolved in a matter of minutes.
What’s next...a poop repellant sidewalk? What a nasty cesspool SF has become.
Hooking up a livestock fence zapper to the wall would be much more effective, and more fun to watch.
Supposedly this stuff: http://www.spillcontainment.com/ever-dry
It’s been tried in Hamburg, Germany: http://wtop.com/watercooler/2015/07/pee-repellent-walls-soak-public-urinators-san-francisco/
I saw men peeing outside a number of times in France and Holland. I watch 2 couples get out of a Mercedes at an ancient cathedral. The women walked one way and the men walked over to the wall of the cathedral and peed on it.
Be glad it is only street bums doing it in SF, it could be everyone.
Just another city run by Liberals. In Minneapolis, under a female Liberal mayor and a female lesbian police chief, there’s now a shooting a day, and the scene is much the same in Milwaukee under a Liberal mayor and a shady District Attorney. Chicago, Detroit, and Baltimore - here we come!
Ten years ago in Kaiserslautern....I had to go downtown and park in a city parking lot (enclosed) and as I exited....here was some half-drunk 16-year old German kid (10AM)...fairly wasted, and attempting to pee while leaning against the wall.
Now, I noted that directly behind this kid (2-feet) was a pipe that exited the building and was head-high. I stopped ten feet from this anticipated event and watched. Sure enough...the kid finished with his public urination event (at least 30 people could stand and watch him)...did a 180-degree turn, took one step forward and whacked himself in the head. He flew backwards and landed in his pee. I wish I had taken a photo of the event.
How’s that whole “sanctuary city” thing working out for you, Frisco?
Now, they’ll start having competitions in San Francisco.
It’ll be on ESPN.
The Wall-Whiz Championship.
“I do believe that Bob The Wino may have set a new record here by splashing someone in Nevada.”
Yes I wish you had caught that on video, it could be on YouTube right now!
Urinary and fecal sheek.
I can see my dogs walking up to him, give him a couple of sniffs then piss all over him.
I can tell this on my Dutch friend because she is a liberal and would never read FR. We were walking for exercise one day in the Memorial area of Houston where we both lived. She needed to go really bad and we were several miles from home. To my shock, she went into the back yard of a house and peed in the bushes. So it isn’t just the men that do that!
What is it with Europeans and semi public peeing? I actually had a Danish guy explain to me that while Americans like to brag about liberty and freedom, Europeans have real liberty because they can pee wherever they want without shame. The implication was that we are tied down by our prudery.
The city needs to put up full sized pictures of our liberal political females against the wall. Would scare anyone off.
Tied down by our prudery, I guess that is as good an answer as you can get. I say we’re are just more polite.
Pee running in the streets is OK with SF libs, but don’t dare ask them to accept one part per billion particulate matter eminating from a coal fired power plant.
