I doubt the boss can afford it, and it would tend to bring on a lot of problems, such as people trying to max out their likes. There’s enough narcissism out there
And the converse: some curmudgeons, heretics, and ne’er do wells would consider it an honorable and sacred quest to max out their DISlikes. I would be one of those. It would put the boss in a difficult position.
