*SARC ON* I am so tickled pink. I just opened up my email and was surprised to see Karl had emailed me asking if I watched the debate. He also personally called me a "fellow conservative" as well as provided me a link to contest in which I can win an all expense paid trip for 2 to the presidential debate in Denver.
Talk about a guy going out of his way to accommodate a "fellow conservative!"
I think I'm going to print out this email and have Karl personally autograph.

I got the same email debate thingy and get them from him all the time as well as every Republican candidate plus Newt plus the RNC plus every other slightly conservative group - they all want money.
Maybe it was from Carl Rove.
I emailed him once after he went after herman Cain viciously.
He emailed me back.
He actually asked me “what have YOU done for the cause”.
I was stunned.
What freaking CAUSE is he talking about
near as I can tell, there probably isn’t anybody that has ever been more damaging to “the cause” than Karl Rove and George Bush. Those two are the reason we have President Obama instead of Senator Obama. Does he think we have forgotten about Iraq, the WMD BS, and the financial collapse?

In the past 10 years I don’t think I’ve ever heard from a politician who didn’t ask for money. It’s a automatic response programed into their email accounts. Write one about the “dam being built in my district” and you’ll get a reply saying “I’m working hard to represent the people in my district on (fill in the blank). Please donate to my campaign so I can keep working for you.”
