Not poll tests per se. I believe that no one should have the vote who receives sustenance from the government. That includes welfare recipients, government employees, and military. Military seems to be a terrible thing to include but the category must be consistent. That would disenfranchise a good part of my extended family, but so be it. Those who derive their living from the government should not be able to vote for those from whom they could hope to increase their income at the expense of all others. That would eliminate the soon to be majority of voters who live out of our pockets.
oh, my. you really didn’t get it, did you?
This is true!
They’re trying to roadblock Trump and keep us off center about him...
meanwhile Bernie Sanders is bringing in over 20,000 people to his venues.
It bears repeating again and again.
Donations are not an issue. Big Business spreads their political donations to all parties. That’s not an indictment of the businessmen any more than it’s an indictment of business who pay protection to the mob when it controls their neighborhoods.
The establishment political mob is the shakedown mafia.
I don’t know his health care plan yet, so I can’t comment.
I do know that he doesn’t support amnesty. I heard him say to send them back and then allow the good workers to apply to return legally on work permits. That’s not amnesty.
He is pro-life (rape, incest, life of mother) so I doubt he’d support Planned Parenthood.
The Constitution supports eminent domain. You mean he supports Kelo type takings for land development and tax enhancement....which I agree is wrong.
Ping to article and # 2 , # 8 , # 18 .
Thanks, hoosiermama
I think so many just want to support something that has promise regarding bringing down the elitist establishment. I don’t think I’d even describe it as anger. I think they look at the establishment candidates and realize that they’ll have the same thing all over again 4 years from now. So I see a hopeful pragmatism.
There are only 2 candidates with the potential to bring down the establishment: Cruz and Trump. Trump has more resources
Like social security recipients?
"Cruz is the Donald Trump of the beltway!"
Ted Cruz and Donald Trump are turning the old GOP upside down like turtles upside down on the beltway freeway.
"Just think what a wonderful world this is going to be with President Trump and V.P. Cruz...!"
We are not the only ones repeating it!
I do think anger is a big part of it, the other end being just plain bewilderment.
Those emotions are blinding a lot of people from seeing Trump clearly.
That being said, at this point he’s not a deal killer for me like Jeb.
“But it is just a matter of time before he turns his big fat mouth towards Cruz and conservatives and lets loose.”
And so what if he does? Did you really think that conservatives had a chance in hell of seeing one of their own nominated otherwise? Jebito has been the selected nominee since this started and I still believe that he’ll be the nominee and designated loser for piaps.
If Trump turns bad on conservatives, he loses. It’s that simple. A lot of conservatives here are willing to take the chance that for whatever reason he wants the job and is not going to take his own base for granted.
“Yeah, like when he shot off his big mouth last night:
@realDonaldTrump 14h14 hours ago Manhattan, NY.@SenTedCruz had a very good debate, far better than Rand Paul.”
He delivered on his primary promise: to give as well as he gets. Junior tangled with him. He was stupid. If think that DT was actually pretty soft on him given his normal go for the jugular style.
Junior needs to think about whether he wants to be able to pull any victory out of his own defeat. He’s at the bottom of the pile and outside of his weight class. He can turn his vitriol towards the real enemies or sow the wind. His call.
Enjoy your Bush/Clinton ballot.
“I wont vote for a dictator. That is non negotiable.”
So I guess you’ll be joining those of us who Don’t plan on voting at all?Because guess what: you have been voting for dictators. That ship sailed in 1989.
I think it’s important to remember the difference between ‘conservative’ and ‘Republican.’
Non negotiable.
Go ahead and try to shame me some more “subject”.
“Non negotiable. Go ahead and try to shame me some more subject.
Shame you? I fundamentally agree. You shouldn’t vote for an elected dictator. One of many good reasons for not voting in the first place.
