The federal government is simply too big. There are too many untouchable bureaucrats who believe they are above the law and can do anything they want.

This can end one of two ways and one of those ways is not pretty.

I believe that Obama’s goons would do something like this even if there were no money on the line.

Just look at what they did with the VA.

I looked at the back issues of this newspaper, there is no July 30 issue, like this article states this letter to the editor came from. There is no link to the actual newspaper article in Zero Hedge. If you wanted to prove that this letter existed, a link should have been there. I am skeptical of this, I think it is fake.
If it is not a fake, then someone please post the actual link.

Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper, himself a former geologist, visited a contaminated stretch of river Tuesday and said he hopes a “silver lining” to the disaster will be a more aggressive state and federal effort to deal with mining’s “legacy of pollution” across the West.

Durango is a bit on the democrat side, along with the Navajo and northern New Mexico. One of the reasons is the environmentalist vote. We should be screaming from the mountaintops that the EPA did this.

My gut tells me that it was sabotage. Someone had a plan. The bad guy mightnot actually be the doer of the deed....but simply an antagonist.

Does anyone think that Obama would really destroy a significant section of America just to advance his personal agenda? Me too.

They did the same thing to a town called Times Beach in Missouri about thirty years ago over dioxin.

They used it as an opportunity to create a toxic waste incinerator in the middle of the country.

For those who are worried that the letter to the editor is a hoax, I wrote the editor who confirmed that they did indeed publish the letter as described in ZeroHedge and in Gateway Pundit.
