Longtime Bush family adviser Mary Matalin says Donald Trump is wrong about former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush’s energy level.
“Donald Trump can say whatever he wants to say about Jeb. But saying that he’s low-energy is wrong because the guy is an Energizer bunny,” she said in a Sunday interview with radio host John Catsimatidis on “The Cats Roundtable” on New York’s AM-970.
Trump, leading the Republican presidential race, has repeatedly targeted the former Florida governor over the last few weeks, calling him “low-energy.”
Matalin, wife of Clinton insider James Carville, suggested Trump could make it all the way to the general election.
“He has more substance than we’ve seen displayed,” she said. “He certainly has the moxie. … If he teams up with the right kind of people and has the right kind of substance, yes, his message is electable.”
As for Hillary Clinton, the Democratic front-runner, Matalin was asked whether she would win the party’s nomination next year.
“Don’t hold your breath,” she said.
Matalin worked in the White House administrations of George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush — Jeb’s father and brother, respectively — as well as Ronald Reagan.
Mary and James do nothing but make money off the “partisanship” and “division” they help maintain. They are proof that’s it’s just one party. They are both part of the same K Street crowd and laugh at the rest of the world.
Trump only has to say a word and its what the GOPe is stuck arguing about.
Any woman that would choose to wed and have a child with James Carville is not to be trusted, period.

His posture is horrific! He seems slouched over all the time. Makes him look old and tired. Throw in the glasses and boom! Bad visuals....
Considering that she is married to a reptile who has to warm up before he can move, I guess senor el Jebbo must seem energetic.
