Speaking of silly, what a silly question. How about because he has been everywhere in public saying that which is guaranteed to gain him hatred by the liberal, socialist Dems, the MSM, the GOPe, the illegal aliens that will vote, and all other liberal constituencies that I may have missed here. Kind of going out on a limb bigtime if he’s a liberal, wouldn’t you say?

Who controls the media even Fox News? The Liberals do. Now then if they wanted Trump shut up and made irrelevant like Conservatives running what would they do? They would treat him as a Conservative and he would get very little coverage. So why haven't they?
So what does the media know? He will self implode politically perhaps paving the way for a more tolerable to them GOP-E Liberal preferably in their eyes a weak one at that? Or perhaps the one the GOP-E wants in office has yet to declare? Lot's of things can happen politically between now and the first primaries.
Remember this as well. People were certain Fred Thompson was serious about running and many were also certain Palin was going to run. Fred backed out when McCain's position as candidate was nearly secured. He helped McCain win the nomination by not being serious about the race but still keeping some Conservatives on the GOP Plantation. Why didn't Palin run? Likely because she's made lots of money from the publicity as an author, speaker, and commentator, and has no interest in actually holding office again?
All of the playing up Trump by the networks over the past four years including reality TV has me skeptical.
