Judge Bunning says he will keep Davis in jail for at least a week, and said “I hope that everyone will remain civil. This country has always had disagreements, but what makes this country different from other countries is that we respect the rule of law.” We did before Liberal asswipes in Black robes sawed through the system upon which it was founded.
He needs to direct his comments up his chain of command, not downward.

It sounds like he’s going to perform the equivalent of a slap on the wrist. He knows how ridiculous it is, the situation he’s given himself to, and wants it to end so the eyes are not on him.

The deputies cannot legally issue licenses without the clerk’s approval. Bunning is threatening the deputies with contempt for NOT breaking KY law.
