One of Donald Trump's security guards punched a protestor in the face outside of Trump Plaza yesterday-in front of a large crowd of reporters-during a protest coinciding with Trump's official pledge of loyalty to the Republican Party.

Video first published by NY1 Noticias [link at URL] shows the guard, identified by the Daily Caller [link at URL] as Trump's director of Security Keith Schiller grabbing a large blue sign that reads "Trump: Make America Racist Again" from several protestors.

Would any of this have happened if the signs had not been grabbed in the first place?
Were the signs that were seized private property?
Did someone above Schiller issue a personal, private eminent domain on the signs to bring about their seizure?
These are the only real questions to be asked although there (oops I typed in “their” in the first post, LOL) are some secondary questions to be asked:
A chokehold? IF so then...heaven help us all.
What is this man who had been hit was a woman? Does any human being possess 360 degree viewing?
So what's the gripe? I'd love to know who provided the protestor with his sign, and if he was recruited to protest.
If you attack someone, even if they wrongfully took your property, do you have a right to physically attack them?
Well.. you know.. I recall a sign grabbing incident in Crawford back in '03 or '04 that turned out to be a mistake...
My only ‘secondary’ question is did the protester’s boss ‘get the message’?
It seems that some Trump haters on here missed the part where many of these protesters were members of the KKK. Of course, the illegals are going to protest - they don’t want the gravy train to stop flowing.

I don’t know if Trump was nearby, who knows, but Trump and others working for him all seem to have a scowl on their faces all the time.
In checking around it looks like “Trump Plaza” is the name of several housing complexes in NJ. I assume they are referring to Trump Tower, not Trump Plaza. Unless, he was in NJ the other day. Trump Tower is on a busy 5th Avenue and is certainly not located in a plaza.
Personally, I disagree with the protesters and I think they are off base. I do not think Donald Trump is a racist, and I think protests trying to brand him as such are misguided and stupid.
However, that does not mean I think a billionaire's private security force should be allowed to go around grabbing the personal property of protesters simply because they don't like what the people are saying.
