Go, Trump, GO!!
September 7, 2015 | Jim Robinson

Posted on 09/07/2015 10:36:08 PM PDT by Jim Robinson

As long as he's kicking liberal, RINO and GOP-e butt and using his own money to do so, I say go, Trump, GO!!

I'm a Cruz fan and don't see how Trump kicking the crap out of our common foe does us any harm. Let him have at it.

If he destroys the GOP-e GREAT!!

If he destroys el Jebbe and all the other amnesty pimps, GREAT!!

If he destroys Hillary in the process, GREAT again!!

We've never had it so great. Finally a man comes along and takes the establishment head-on and kicks the crap out of them. Is that not a good thing?

I think the Trump bashers might want to sit back awhile and enjoy the show.

Go, Trump. GO!!

Jim was referring to Bobby Jindal in that post. Read the post he was referring to.

We don’t need to amend the Constitution because the Constitution does not address marriage.

We do need to have a president that will only nominate Supreme Court Justices that follow the constitution, not make it up as they go.

A business “shark” and a debate champion. About the best combination we could have at this point in time.

There is NO law. You keep claiming a law when one does not exist.

Until a law exists, there is no eliminating a non-existant law.

BTW, I did not go to a public school, so don't try using that as an excuse.

Damn... Trump really DOES look a bit like Patton.

It’s all about “the Squint”.

We have to figure out a way to change the rulings either thru a constitutional amendment or mass nullification by the people.

Replace a liberal SC judge with an originalist judge. Then take take the matter back to the SC.

The next president might have such an opportunity.

Which is why our candidates should say more on the matter than simply, "It's the law of the land".

We don’t need to amend the Constitution because the Constitution does not address marriage.

Originally, it didn't address slavery, woman's right to vote, prohibition, etc. It is why our Founders included the ability to amend the document. We can define marriage in an amended constitution. Many states amended their constitutions to define marriage as being between a man and a woman. The Supreme Court overturned many state constitutions on the issue.

We do need to have a president that will only nominate Supreme Court Justices that follow the constitution, not make it up as they go.

We may wait a long time before such Justices are in the majority. We still have Roe vs Wade, the Kelo decisions, etc. The tyranny of the courts is a problem.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg isn’t far from a nap she cannot wake up from.

I thought I explained it to you. The SCOTUS decision invalidated existing laws that prohibited gay marriage.

What law did Brown vs the Board of Education of Topeka create?

Just because it has been done wrong in the past does not set a precedent.

It sucks to give up before the fight is even started.

Replace a liberal SC judge with an originalist judge. Then take take the matter back to the SC.

Easier said than done. Four Supreme Court justices are over the age of 70: Stephen Breyer is 74, Anthony Kennedy and Antonin Scalia are 76 and Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a pancreatic cancer survivor, is 79.

The next president might have such an opportunity.

The Dems are still the favorites to win in 2016 despite Hillary's troubles. Demographics give them the edge in Presidential elections where they have won the popular vote in 5 out of the last 6 elecitons.

“Their arguments tend to be very emotional and fail to persuade anyone.”

Their buzzwords are all the same... Trump is a Democrat, and anyone who supports him is a troll, “hero” and “hero worship”, and Trump insulted a “conservative Christian lady.”

They have no tolerance for anyone here who doesn’t despise Trump as much as they do.

Nice to see them receiving this smack-down. They deserve worse for excreting their hate here.

They smell like Democrats.

Trump has spent the bare minimum so far because he is able to manipulate the media into giving him free publicity. He will take donations in the future. Just not huge ones from the “connected” GOPe maggots trying to buy influence

RE “...My 2nd choice is to injure the GOP-E in any way that I can. ...”

At the VERY least, Trump has shown exactly who the enemy is in our own party... as well as those we already know. And that’s a good thing by any standard.

Consider this:

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
-Sun Tzu

Is he flawed? Of course. Every one is. Even Reagan had his flaws. But he was the right man for the moment. And has long since become an American Man for the Ages.

Is Trump the right man for the moment? I think so; sometimes, the man for the moment is exactly what’s needed.

I’ll trust it up to God and His wisdom. It’ll play out as it plays out, no matter what I want or don’t want.

cva, I appreciate your concerns, even though I disagree.

The federal government is not a Casino. Casinos separate people from their money? Remember?

LOl...you might want to rephrase that, in that sense they are indeed the same

I know what you're trying to say though.
