WASHINGTON — A special intelligence review of two emails that Hillary Rodham Clinton received as secretary of state on her personal account — including one about North Korea’s nuclear weapons program — has endorsed a finding by the inspector general for the intelligence agencies that the emails contained highly classified information when Mrs. Clinton received them, senior intelligence officials said.

It is considered a crime for ex-govt employees to possess ntl security emails. All ntl security material belongs to the American people and is to be turned over upon termination of employment.
Ntl security info transferred from the State Dept and stored in The Clinton Foundation server is an atrocity.
On Monday, the Clinton campaign disagreed with the conclusion of the intelligence review and noted that agencies within the government often have different views of what should be considered classified.
Nice try. Information that is classified is marked and contain descriptors that indicate a number of facts: classified by, classification authority, reason, date classified, review, etc.
Because it appears all of this was stripped from the information is no reason to claim there is a "difference of opinion". Highly classified imagery data, or data regarding foreign power nuclear capabilities is unmistakable, frankly.
These campaign obfuscations reminiscent of "a BJ is not sex" aren't a public image repair job; this is a criminal investigation.
It just makes me wonder how the news media would handle eight years of the President Hillary administration...when you know she’s this ‘stupid’. The whole purpose of the private server was to provide this info to her handlers....so they could tell her what to say.

“She herself is not a target of the investigation” but the person at the State Department who sent her those classified emails apparently is.

Back when I was in position to handle classified information, it was understood that the classification existed regardless of the marking. In other words, when the content was obviously of a sensitive nature, one should automatically assume that it was (or should have been) classified. It's the same as with a gun...you should always assume that it is loaded unless proven otherwise.
Hillary Clinton is a liar, has always been a liar, and will always be a liar. She belongs in jail.
Why does anyone even have to wonder if there was classified information on her email server? Of course there was! She was not some GS-9 civil servant working in an obscure office somewhere, she was the Secretary of State, one of the highest ranking officials in the nation. In this position, she sent and received information from the White House, Department of Defense, CIA, and embassies around the world on a daily basis. The overwhelming majority of this information would have been classified. Once again, the Clintons are playing the American people for fools.

A Senate Judiciary Committee spox said Hillary's aide Brian Pagliano would not testify.....after his lawyer was told that he might face questions about his "outside employment"....being paid privately by the Clintons to manage emails.
This has everything to do w/ US ntl security info being electronically transferred to the Clinton Foundation....and Pagliano apparently knows a lot about it.
IN POINT OF FACT The latest State Dept release of Hillary emails shows another 150+ classified documents were found on the Clinton Foundation server......
AS DR DUDE POSTULATED: Why would the Clinton Foundation have classified emails in their possession? ANSWER: Because they generated the huge amounts of money the Clintons pocketed via bribes, honoraria, foundation donations, insider business deals, consultancies, etc...
Pagliano's resistance and ntl security emails in possession of the Clinton Foundation also explains why people pledged hundreds of millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation---b/c they got valuable US intel in return....no doubt aided and abetted by Pagliano.

I was looking for the FBI or State Department or IG to state this, but apparently the campaign or the writer is “good enough” for the Clintons.
I want to know what Benghazi was all about. I want to know where Khaddafi’s arsenal went to. I want to know where the 20,000 to 40,000 Surface to air missiles went to. I want to know why ISIS is such a threat. I want to know why the US airforce was ordered to “stand down” in Benghazi. I want to know how much classified information Huma Abedin has given to our enemies. I want to know how blackmailable Anthony Wiener is.
