You may want to reconsider this one. Families should STAY HOME. “Guests” don’t settle-in, they leave. Should be the same for guest-workers. Let them come here, ALONE, and then leave after a few years. Then, maybe, come back a year or two later to work again...maybe.
I agree, but am not sure how you can prevent the guest worker from coming legally and his family from visiting or coming illegally?
