Doritos chips just got a whole lot more colorful.
Doritos announced Thursday a new limited-edition flavor of chips, Doritos Rainbows.
The new multi-colored chips, inspired by the gay pride flag, come on the heels of a new partnership between the Doritos brand and the It Gets Better Project.
"Time and again, our consumers have shown us, there really is nothing bolder than being true to yourself and living life to the fullest," said Ram Krishnan, Frito-Lay's chief marketing officer, according to MarketWatch. "With Doritos Rainbows chips, we're bringing an entirely new product experience to our consumers to show our commitment toward equal rights for the LGBT community and celebrate humanity without exception."
However, the chips won't be available just anywhere. Anyone who donates $10 or more on the It Gets Better Project's website will be mailed a bag of the rainbow chips.
The It Gets Better Project, a nonprofit organization, was founded in 2010 with the goal of offering support to LGBT youth worldwide.

Maybe a ROYG.BIV rainbow? Purple onion, blue corn chip, guacamole, yellow peppers, orange tomatoes, red salsa? Oh, forgot, that stuff gets all mixed up into one color before going down their Revered Poop Chute.
There were a few classic moments in that series. The lawn mower, the Honda filming, etc.

Indeed and near the top of my list was Draper's Hershey's pitch. I thought it was going to be another knock-it-out-of-the-park moment like that of the Kodak Carousel before he melted down.

Frito-Lay ought to fire the people who came up with this quickly and abandon the rainbow colored chips fast if they don’t want to take a big hit in their business. Remember they sell Lay’s Potato Chips also.
