Well still, if the PAC gets socked (what rule did it break, though?) that means less support for Cruz.

Not sure what rule it broke.

That is why the FEC is looking into it.

If the FEC found that the PAC broke a rule not sure what happens to the money.

As far as people support, depends on how widespread the MSM spreads the news and how people tie it to Cruz. Cruz has no association by law to the PAC or should not have or should Fiorina.

I can see Glenn Beck trying to get to Trump via Fiorina. It is in the cards.

How can he NOT be making any traction ..?? >>>>>

I would say that is a question we should ask of the Cruz PAC, who mailed the half million dollars to FioRINO. They had to be hedging their bets, believing it was FioRINO who was gaining ground and that Cruz was not gaining enough traction. I mean, why else would they raise money in his name and throw that much money out to someone else.

The Values Summit win does indicate good things for Cruz though, in the name of traction.

BTW, Money isn’t an indicator of traction. Jeb Bush has money to go all the way, already, but he is in lousy shape.
Trump has spent very little money and he definitely has broad traction. Just sayin’.

It appears to be a fairly common opinion...

“All the extravagance and incompetence of our present Government is due, in the main, to lawyers, and, in part at least, to good ones. They are responsible for nine-tenths of the useless and vicious laws that now clutter the statute-books, and for all the evils that go with the vain attempt to enforce them. Every Federal judge is a lawyer. So are most Congressmen. Every invasion of the plain rights of the citizens has a lawyer behind it. If all lawyers were hanged tomorrow, and their bones sold to a mah jong factory, we’d be freer and safer, and our taxes would be reduced by almost a half.”
—H.L. Mencken (1880-1956), “Breathing Space”, The Baltimore Evening Sun, 1924-08-04. Reprinted in A Carnival of Buncombe.

It really doesn’t take a genius to know Cruz would beat Snarly at the values voter summit.

Has Huck ever won this? Or Michele Bachmann?

Seriously? I never heard of such a thing. This is reportedly PAC money, independent donors. Cruz has no control, nor is permitted even “orchestration” with any political PAC. The money belongs to the independent donors who do with it as they see fit, but collected for Cruz, in his name, and (presumably) for his benefit. Right?

Well, you can believe what you want.

I get all of the Cruz email stuff .. and I specifically remember Cruz loaning her money. It was prior to the first debate. In fact, I think it was because she was lacking in funding in order to get into the debate.

I don’t recall it being about any PAC.

You may be very correct. I was asking for clarification. It just seems so odd for one candidate to lend money to his own opponent? A PAC could do that, but I don’t know if it is even legal to file FEC, showing money earned on Cruz’s name and then doled it out to his opponent.

The more I think about it— it’s insane. The FEC must think so too.

I think it was Cruz’s personal money .. not PAC money.

Exactly why I can't listen to a single word from Glenn Beck. He's the yellowest of yellow haters especially of Trump.

If your going to be critical fine cause there is certainly issues with Trump, but don't be so in the tank.

I've learned that regardless of the talk show host, if you can tell they've chosen a side, they aren't worth listening to anymore.
