Hm. This little can of worms just might force modesty to become the new fashion, because any public place women go which has a “female-only” private component, may be subject to having men pretending to be women forced into that space.
It is really very simple, if there is angle to the dangle and spheres near the rear it belongs in the men’s not the hen’s.

Just on a tangent, the other party in this case (i.e. the trans-whatever) is a total FREAK. Stephen Crowder once commented he had found some things on Carlotta Sklodowska’s FB page that were disturbing. I would agree completely. I can’t - and wouldn’t if I could - post the details here at FR. Suffice it to say, Sklodowska is a prostitute, who is also into some very icky things beside being a prostitute, and seems to get jollies from publicly sharing both. I can honestly say I sure as heck wouldn’t want to change around this freak, either.

It is about validation, not accommodation. For the mentally ill man in a dress, a separate gender-neutral bathroom is not good enough.
He HAS to be in all the women’s stuff and recognized by women to be happy, from women’s employee groups to female bathrooms to female changing rooms to feminist women’s meetings. He wants to be one of the women badly, and barges into female spaces and women’s groups DEMANDING full rights because it is necessary to satisfy the demons / delusions.
A mentally ill man where I work was adamant, and horrifically offended, that I wouldn’t join him on a girls’ luncheon. I would use a different bathroom on the other side of the building than the one near our cubes he used. He would attend women’s engineering meetings and periodically took over, the mental illness and exhibitionism many of the LBGTA have combined into “look at me, validate me!” The company actually let go a black woman who called him out on “I know all about discrimination” when he said there are way more people like you than like me.
That said, after the plumbing was removed, I had no issues with it in the bathroom. There’s no male plumbing, just a mentally ill person.
But nothing is a greater violation of privacy than a mentally ill man with the male plumbing in the toilet stall, ready to confront YOU in the bathroom when you recoil at finding out it is there, yelling at you while you try to poop because you gave it a disapproving look when entering a stall, arguing for the right to use the gym shower along with the women (because modern privacy apparently includes abortion but not a naked dude next to you while you bathe).
Excuse me, I have no idea what I was thinking when I read your post. I went to Carlotta’s Facebook site (weirdly, Google auto-completed his last name). Didn’t see too much weird, except “Carlotta”, but didn’t check out too much.
Transsexuals keep complaining they never go at school, because bathrooms are divided boy-girl.
I guess that if I were a woman who had some tranny/faggot show up in the locker room I would be tempted to give it a kick in the ass and tell it to get out.

Sorry, I should have been more specific in my post. I was referring to the trans guy at the Planet Fitness that was the cause of all this mess.
Then, the homosexuals would be in with the straights. I still do not want a man in the same restroom that I am using. Same with locker rooms.
Another thing is that, as in the case of Bruce Jenner, some of these people still like the opposite sex. So, if he goes into a women’s locker room, he is likely to enjoy himself a little too much.
OMG! I just read some of what he has written and now need eye bleach.
