Apparently, so do a lot of other Americans. So many, in fact, that he’s maintained a commanding lead in the polls throughout his time in the race.

I do respect your opinion as well as many who think Trump is the guy who he pretends to be. However, I'm not convinced that Trump has this commanding lead. In RCP it is about 25% of republican primary voters. That means 75% are not Trump supporters. Why is that a commanding lead? Everyone knows who Trump is, but how many know the rest? We are quite a ways from the 2016 primaries. Keep your cards close to the vest.

In a field as crowded as the current one, 25% of the pie is most definitely a 'commanding lead'.

Apply your numerical logic to any of the other Republican candidates and what does it say about them? Cruz is averaging about 6%, so you could say that 94% of Republicn voters aren't Cruz supporters.

Looking at it that way, any fool would advise Ted to drop out of the race. Would you? I don't think so.

Essentially, Trump is winning by plurality. That's typical for any primary race, where multiple people are vying for the same office. It's only in the general where you see the majority come out, as by that time, there's only one candidate left standing for the office -- the nominee.

ee I told you our Canadian neighbors to the north get it...

At least one did. All the other ones with Carson either at the top or the bottom of the tickets indicates that most do not.

Dream-on ticket.

It’s in the wrong order.
