An older friend of mine used to get phone calls all the time from somebody trying to talk her into selling her house. They were fishy calls and after a little investigating on my part I found out that they came from a federal program connected to Section 8 working to get lower class people into suburban neighborhoods.

They know their time is short.

That is fishy....I mean Section 8 is rent reimbursement...HUD employees ought not be conspiring with landlords under the table...
