Without the race card, Obama is a worthless POS. Putin isn’t impressed by Barry’s race card. To Putin, the race card is like one of those little pop guns with the flag that comes out with “BANG!” written on it.
This is a big nothing burger. Obama is saying this to sort of represent he still has some influence [he doesn’t].
I think we’re going to find that Putin is deadly series. He’s an anarchist and he’s just got a strategic break and gets to expand in Syria and Lebanon by proxy, threatens Iraq and probably going to become the best friend of Greece.

One of many things I do not get about Obama’s position is, if he thinks military action is nearly always wrong, why is it okay as long as you are funding someone else’s military? I mean, he seems to quibble only in who takes risks, not in the tactic itself. Okaaaay. But then his claim that it will not work is questionable. He thinks it will work so long as we pretend we are not involved. Of course if our money and training are involved, we are involved. People are not that stupid. I think his knee-jerks towards the dishonest and deceitful choice. That way he can tailor his words more creatively and hope for an audience of suckers.
wow, I bet Putin is running home with his red tail between his legs. That will teach him a lesson. I wouldn’t be surprised if he does not tell his pilots to shoot down an American plane just to see if Obama will do anything.
I listened some and I’m pretty sure he mispronounced “quagmire”. He really looks like he’s on drugs of some sort.
