Bialoskey is so wrong on so many fronts it’s not worth getting into. Let him grovel in his Beltway Baloney.

Yes Obama was/is the problem.

It was Boehner’s job to get in front of cameras and remind us.

I was hoping from the title that it meant “Why *Getting* Boehner Mattered”.

No such luck.

Does anyone believe that would have happened with Speaker Pelosi in charge?

Is there anyone who thinks it will continue if the Republicans take the White House?

they will use the same procedure to enact something no Republican would ever want.

They use this as an excuse, but Senate Republicans voted for cloture on virtually every piece of bad legislation Harry Reid brought to the floor. How does this even matter?

While we may not have had the votes to prevail in the face of vetoes, the ONE THING he never explains is why were the Republicans PROTECTING THE DEMOCRATS from having to cast votes to support the President (example: make them vote in favor of dismembering babies). Some of us would like to understand that.

In all my decades of following politics, I have yet to see the Democrats ever PROTECT the Republicans from hard votes, nor should they have.

Can someone actually say that we were better off when Harry Reid was majority leader of the Senate?

Boehner was Obama’s bitch.

Sorry but there’s no other way to term it.

He didn’t send over legislation to contrast Republicanism against Obamaisms.

For all the public knew, they shared ideologies.

Lacking that, he could have at least objected to Obama’s agenda. He would, then cave each time.

Did he even try to defund anything he didn’t like about Obama’s plans? NO.

Boehner was a vacant door mat.

You’ve seen the flag “Don’t Tread on Me.”

Boehner’s version left out the word “Don’t”.

I’d be happy if Boehner became President today if you catch my meaning.
