NATO said it was prepared to send troops to Turkey to defend its ally after violations of Turkish airspace by Russian jets bombing Syria and Britain scolded Moscow for escalating a civil war that has already killed 250,000 people.
Officials at the U.S.-led alliance are still smarting from Russia's weekend incursions into Turkey's airspace near northern Syria and NATO defense ministers are meeting in Brussels with the agenda likely to be dominated by the Syria crisis.
"NATO is ready and able to defend all allies, including Turkey against any threats," NATO's Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg told reporters as he arrived for the meeting.

Russia has announced, repeatedly, the Kurds must be part of a political solution and must be at the table.
That would explain Turkey getting its’ giblets in an uproar.

Yes, NATO also didn’t complain when Turkey bombed the Kurds, they’re also not complaining about Turkey threatening to “ethnically cleanse” Armenia AGAIN.
What about Turkey arresting journalists, human rights abuses....yes, NATO and also EU silence.
Again total hypocrisy.
I got a feeling Putin isn’t too afraid of Obama and his friends in NATO.
I also say I will not support any US troops fighting alongside muslims against the Russians.

Erdogan at one time, since 2009, threatened to send destroyers to escort “relief” to Gaza. Bibi told him that would be a very bad idea.
If Turkey got involved against Israel by some means, the USA and GB, among others, would be obligated under NATO agreements to go to war against Israel.
Sounds impossible. Perhaps.
The US and Russia will so sow chaos in Syria, Turkey will be seen as a moderate force.
Turkey (Erdogan, already called the new Calipha by his party) => Gog & Magog, this is Turkey, reassembling the Ottoman Empire -which Turkey controlled.
Turkey has the second largest standing army in NATO => they will be cheered on!
Erdogan sometimes writes poetry, one of his short poems:

I believe Turkey is House of Togarmah from Ezekiel 38. Gog and Magog war participant, as you mentioned.
